Gi.emme.pi Mini gluing press PR45/N

The PR45/N gluing press is the compact model designed for shops and small workshops for fusing collars and cuffs of shirts and masks. It has a 70 cm long work area, which allows you to load the pieces to be heat-bonded.

It is equipped with a work surface section and a belt section that easily receives the parts to be introduced into the machine.

The conveyor system consists of a lower belt and an upper cover belt, constructed without joints to avoid markings and with a Kevlar cord to keep the belt aligned.

The 500mm long heating surface is made up of a series of 5 laminated profiles that form curved panels.

Each profile has an individual connection, such modularity of construction ensures extremely sensitive temperature control.

The pressure setting is regulated by a knob located in the exhaust part of the press.

It does not require compressed air and works only electrically.

The gluing machine includes:

• Trolley with shelf for placing fabrics to be glued with steerable wheels, so you can move the press at any time and easily.

• Exit slide from the press to cool the glued fabrics.

• Exit scraper bars.

• Electronic device for automatic shutdown of the machine once cooling is complete.

• Tape cleaning cloth with liquid.
