Gi.emme.pi FP Alluminum Gluing Press

High quality FULL OPTIONAL gluing machine for clothing, outerwear, shirts and leather goods.
The machine is available with belt widths of 1000-1200-1400-1600 mm.

It has a 140 cm long work area, which allows multiple operators to load the pieces to be heat-sealed. It is equipped with a work surface section and a belt section that easily receives the parts to be introduced into the machine. The transport system consists of a lower belt and an upper belt, made of fiberglass with antistatic treatment, teflon-coated without joints. Compensating rollers guide the belt, excluding the formation of folds and waves.

The 1150 mm long heating surface is made up of a series of 8 laminated profiles that form curved panels.

Built with top quality materials, belt guiding system with FESTO pneumatics, high temperature bearings, energy saving system and ECO heating system with solid state relays and “intelligent” thermostats.

The pressure system can be single or double. The graphite Teflon scraper bars allow the total detachment of the outgoing pieces, finally the cooling station ensures that the pieces that must be unloaded manually or automatically cool down in such a way as not to leave marks or markings. The machine is equipped with continuous manual upper and lower cleaning, by means of a removable pad and sock.
